-          She studies at University of Puerto Rico at Carolina, almost three years.

2.    What is the tittle of your degree?

-          The tittle of her degree is Office System.

3.    How many years have you been a secretary?

-          Almost ten years.

4.    How long have you been working for this department?

-          She has been working for the English Department for five years.

5.    Who is your Boss?

-          Her boss is Wanda Rodríguez

6.    Which are you responsibilities as a secretary?

-          Her responsibilities as a secretary are attend the public, received calls, she prepared the academic calendars, transmits documents to other departments, the contracts.

7.    Do you like your job? Explain

-          Yes, because there are new things all the time, and she can interact with the students.

8.    Which are your working hours?

-          She spent seven hours in the university, 8:00am-4:30pm

9.    Which are your benefits?

-          She has health insurance, the privilege to have vacation days, nurse if she has kids.

10. Do you plan to stay at this job?

-          No, she wants to improve in her professional career, maybe not in this department, but yes in other department/office that she can earn more money.
